Pricing
Wedding espresso packages start from $1,200 for a 2-hour service window with two baristas and 2 stations. Extended hours, late-night service, and multi-station setups for larger weddings range from $2,000 to $3,000+. Every wedding is different — request a custom quote and we will build a package around your guest count and timeline.
Insurance & Coordination
We carry full liability insurance and provide a certificate of insurance for any venue that requires one. We have worked with dozens of planners across Seattle, the Eastside, and South Sound. You can also explore our full mobile coffee catering service for non-wedding events your clients may need.

Bridal Suite Coffee
While the bridal party is getting hair and makeup done, we serve lattes and cappuccinos in the prep room. No one has to leave for a coffee run — it is already there.
Espresso Alongside the Bar
Guests who want to pace themselves or do not drink alcohol have a solid alternative. A flat white while catching up with old friends keeps the energy steady without the pressure to order from the bar.
Dessert and Coffee
When dessert hits the table, espresso is a natural complement. Guests linger longer, conversation stays warm, and the transition to dancing happens on its own.
Late-Night Espresso Bar
By 9 or 10 PM, the open bar has been running for hours and the dance floor is thinning out. A late-night espresso station resets the room — people switch from alcohol to coffee, regroup, and the reception keeps going until the venue shuts off the lights. This is our most requested wedding service.
We typically run late-night service until midnight or 1 AM. It also saves money — a two-hour coffee window costs less than extending the open bar and keeps guests present for the send-off.

Snohomish County barns, open-air farm venues, and countryside estates. Our cart works in outdoor conditions and fits the setting.

Downtown Seattle hotels, Bellevue conference centers, and resort properties. We follow venue vendor guidelines and coordinate load-in with the event team.

VFW halls, Elks lodges, cultural centers, and neighborhood event spaces. Affordable venues that get elevated with a real espresso bar on-site.
Private Residences
Backyard weddings, intimate home receptions, and estate gatherings. We only need a standard outdoor outlet and a flat surface to set up the full bar.
